There's no other means of communication like it, it's the new IM only you have the opportunity to connect with famous celebs which what got the ball going. I feel the whole basics with the @'s, #'s, DM's, and RT's is for the birds. Talk to who wanna connect with, mark what you feel is important, reinforce stuff that you think is worth a second mention, and spread the word of people you wanna give props to on your according is how I feel about it. Just go with the flow and as long as you're not an ass with certain people, you'll be fine. I’m not a big fan of twitter but it is addicting.
